Delete My Account
Before you continue, please keep in mind that deleting your LuxPet Boutique account will permanently remove all of your personal data. If there’s anything we can help with such as bookings, app issues, or feedback we’d love the chance to assist you first.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account at any time through the app or the web app:

Log in to your LuxPet Boutique account

Go to the Settings tab

Scroll down and select Delete Account

Click the Delete Account button (red)

You will be asked to enter your password

Confirm you would like to permanently delete your account
What happens when you delete your account
When you confirm deletion:

Your LuxPet Boutique account will be permanently removed

All personal information will be erased from our databases

Any future bookings will be cancelled

Authentication credentials will be removed
-
You will no longer be able to access previous booking history

You will need to create a new account if you wish to return in the future
Can deleted accounts be recovered?
No. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be restored.
