LuxPet App FAQs
Is the LuxPet app free to download?
Yes. The LuxPet Boutique & Co app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play. You only pay for the grooming, daycare and extras you book.
Which devices can I use the app on?
The app is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17 or later from the App Store, and for Android devices from Google Play. It also runs in your web browser at app.luxpetboutique.com.au, so you can book from your computer too.
How do I create an account?
Register with your email address, or sign in with your Apple or Google account. Then add your pets in the Your Pets tab, and you’re ready to book. You can edit your pets’ details at any time.
Can I book more than one pet in the same appointment?
Yes. Select all the pets you’re booking for, choose a service for each one, and the app shows the times with space for all of them.
How do I pay for my booking?
A 50% deposit is paid securely in the app when you book, to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due once your pet’s visit is complete, and you can pay it at the salon by card or cash, or in the app’s Bookings tab.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Bookings can’t be changed in the app once they’re confirmed, so please contact our salon to reschedule. Give us at least 24 hours’ notice, as rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may mean your 50% deposit is forfeited.
Will I get appointment reminders?
Yes. You’ll receive SMS and/or email reminders 24 to 48 hours before your appointment, as well as reminder notifications in the app.
Where can I find my receipts?
Your bookings, payment status and receipts are all in the Bookings tab, where you can also download a PDF copy of your receipt.
Can I add extras like a nail trim or teeth cleaning?
Yes. Choose extras for each pet while you book. Our Full Groom and Boutique Groom already include a nail trim. If you’d like to add an extra on the day, just let our team know when you arrive (additional charges may apply). See our price list for current prices.
