1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of LuxPet Boutique & Co.
1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
2.1 Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
2.2 Cancellation Fee: A 50% cancellation fee will apply for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled grooming appointment.
2.3 Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. Rescheduling within the 48-hour window will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee.
2.3 No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will lose your 50% deposit.
2.4 Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust the services provided and a late fee will be applicable.
3. Pet Health & Safety
3.1 All pets must be up to date with vaccinations. Proof may be required.
3.2 Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioural issues before the appointment.
3.3 If a pet displays aggressive behaviour, we reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons.
3.4 If fleas or ticks are found on your pet, a flea treatment fee will apply, or we may refuse service.
3.5 We prioritise pet well-being and may modify services if a pet becomes distressed during grooming.
4. Grooming Services & Liability
4.1 Matting Policy: If a pet’s coat is severely matted, shaving may be required for its comfort and safety. Additional fees may apply.
4.2 Injuries: While we take every precaution, minor cuts or nicks may occur, especially in matted or anxious pets. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or reactions to grooming products.
4.3 Emergency Care: If a medical emergency arises, we will attempt to contact you. If urgent veterinary care is required, it will be at the owner’s expense.
5. Payment & Refunds
5.1 All prices are subject to change and depend on factors such as coat condition and pet behaviour.
5.2 Payment is due at the time of service. We accept online deposits,eftpos and cash.
5.3 No refunds are provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us at pick up or within 24 hours, and we will try to address your concerns.
6. Website Use & Privacy
6.1 All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of LuxPet Boutique & Co and may not be used without permission.
6.2 Personal information collected through bookings or inquiries will be kept confidential and used only for business purposes.
6.3 We may use photos of pets for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your pet’s photo to be used, please inform us.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of QLD Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
