1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your pet’s grooming experience is important to us. If you’re not satisfied with the results or have concerns (e.g., incorrect trim or not as requested), please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will gladly offer a free touch-up to ensure your satisfaction.
2. Refunds
Grooming services are customised and performed in real-time, so full refunds are typically not offered. However, in exceptional cases where our standards have not been met or if we made an error, we may issue a partial refund or offer a complimentary service to resolve the issue.
Any approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours during business days to the original payment method.
3. No Refunds
We do not provide refunds in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after the service is completed.
- Stress or anxiety in pets during grooming, as long as the service was performed as requested.
- Prepaid services or services requested but not paid for in advance.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
5. Health & Safety
For the safety of your pet and our staff, we reserve the right to refuse service if your pet shows signs of aggression, illness, or if grooming poses a health risk. Please inform us of any health concerns, allergies, or sensitivities prior to the appointment.
